Episode 6: All-New Halloween Spooktacular! 

This one probably falls lower down on my favorite episodes list. It feels like a pause in the momentum generated by the previous episodes, which seemed to be really getting the  overall story moving along. I don't really like Pietro's character, played by Evan Peters once again, but maybe that's the point? I've heard rumors that maybe he isn't who he says he is, so it all could be planned. I also wasn't really a fan of the style the sitcom followed in this one, which is really not a big deal at all, as that aspect of the show will change next episode. One theme of this episode I really enjoyed was Vision's search for truth. 



I continue to dislike Agnes's character just because her voice kind of annoys me. It's cool to see the kids' powers start to develop a bit more, and it will be interesting to see what age they end the show at. Maybe teenagers poised to join the first iteration of the Young Avengers? I liked the old school costumes that each character donned as part of the Halloween theme, but at the same time I'm glad this will be the only episode that they're wearing them. 



We're also getting more hints that Hayward is up to no good, but I suppose they also aren't making it very subtle anymore. It will be interesting to see what ends up happening with him. I'm not sure if he has any sort of comic book background, but I guess I could look into that. One last thought: we're almost definitely going to see the mystery character next episode, and it could really be anyone still. I have no idea who it will end up being, but as a fan I'm extremely excited. 



I do have some questions after this episode, seeing as it didn't really do much to answer any questions we may have had before. 

1. Who is the mystery astronomer (astrologer? can't remember which one it was)?
2. What's the deal with Pietro????
3. What happened to Darcy when the Hex swallowed her??
4. Who is really in control of the Hex? Could be Wanda but I'm not sure

I'm interested to see what happens in the final 3 episodes, which are all going to be an hour long each!! Hopefully most of my questions will be answered.

King Arthur Buttermilk Pancake Mix Review

This mix has a lot of promise. The mini stack I had today wasn't the best I've ever had, but I think there was definitely some user error involved. It's a lot thicker than the usual batter I make, so I'll need to either pour a different amount or thin it out with some water or milk.  The taste of the pancakes is great. They taste a lot like homemade pancakes and cooked really nicely. They were a little bit too dense for my taste preferences, but certainly not uneatable by any means. I will definitely be making these again and hopefully they'll be even better next time. For now I think I'll give them a 7.1 out of 10.

Ranking EVERY NBA 2022/2023 City Edition Jersey

Preamble Alright, before we dive into the rankings, I want to get a couple of things out of the way. There are far more jerseys this year that I just simply do not like. I think this is a product of Nike forcing this program on the NBA teams and making them come up with new designs every year for six years now. There's only so much some teams can do, and in some cases, they did their best work already and are now being forced to turn in bad products. Second, I think it is absolutely pathetic how many teams relied on a phrase located near the waist of the jersey in order to claim some sort of tie-in to their city. THAT PART IS TUCKED IN DURING GAMES! Nobody is going to see those phrases, so if that's your only thread of hope, it's probably not a good one. These jerseys will be ranked based on two factors: 1. WandaVision Episode 4 Reaction!!

 Season 1, Episode 4: We Interrupt This Program I LOVE THIS SHOW!!!! This was by far my favorite episode yet. We are really diving deep into what's REALLY going on, and it's so cool!! We also get great cameos in my opinion from Randall Park as FBI Agent Jimmy Woo and Kat Dennings as Dr. Darcy Lewis. Both of them did terrific jobs in my opinion carrying on their character from their previous appearances. If you've been skeptical of the sitcom style up to this point, this episode is right up your alley.
